With over 30 years of experience, Tammie Friday brings both expertise and heart to her work as a licensed massage therapist. A graduate of Space Coast Health Institute, Tammie is known for her professional demeanor, compassionate approach, and deep commitment to her patients’ well-being.

Tammie has an exceptional understanding of anatomy and physiology, which consistently impresses those in her care. Her treatments are not only thorough and effective, but also deeply personal—she has a remarkable ability to make each patient feel like they are her top priority. Attentive and intuitive, Tammie has a natural gift for identifying 'problem areas' and providing lasting relief.

Her skill set is both broad and advanced, including neuromuscular, deep tissue, therapeutic, and Swedish massage techniques. She is also trained in reflexology, kinesio taping, cupping, gua sha, myofascial release, raindrop technique, and trigger point therapy.
